Nellie is a lovely labrador retriever who is looking for a new home due to a change in her owners circumstances and work location. She was a nervous young dog when her owner first had her but she has developed well now. She attended a couple of obedience training sessions with the owner’s other dog and did really well so ideally we would like to find her a new owner who would be willing to carry on her training and socialisation.
She can be quite anxious when first meeting new people and other dogs until she gets to know them. She is good on and off the lead with good recall but always stays on the lead around dogs she doesn’t know. She will need to meet with new owner(s) a few times to get to know them. She is a little bewildered at present poor girl due to the changes in her situation.
Nellie is great in the house and quite chilled but as she is still a youngster she can get bouncy when excited.
She is looking for a loving home with experienced owners where she will get lots of attention, plenty of walks and one with a lovely secure garden to play and relax in.
